Ultraskin is a non-surgical facelift treatment using ultrasound (HIFU) to lift and tighten loose and sagging skin on the neck and face without any down time.   HIFU stands for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound.

HIFU can improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

Ultraskin maximises comfort with a smooth handpiece delivering focused ultrasound energy which safely heats up subcutaneous tissue at 3 different depths.  There is no downtime following the treatment and results continue to improve.

How long does a treatment take?

The full-face treatment usually takes around 30-45mins

When will the effect show up

  1. Patients will experience some lifting after the treatment
  2. In 2 weeks time, collagen remodelling occurs at which point skin will feel firmer and tighter.
  3. Optimal results can be seen at around the 2 month mark.

How long will the effect last?

  1. The lifting will normally last for up to a year, depending on the patient’s lifestyle and diet.

What are the precautions after the treatment?

  • HIFU treatment has no downtime, patients can put on make up and continue their daily routine right after the treatment. Some people might feel soreness and puffiness for the next few days. Just refrain from extreme conditions like, sky diving, kick boxing or going for a sauna. Taking a hot shower is alright.
